You can use this shipping code to send your used batteries for recycling.

How Does It Work for Individual Users? What Should They Do?

You can separate your vegetable waste oils or electronic waste from your apartment or residential site and report them to us using our "Waste Log Waste Report" app via https://wastelog.co/indir.

Is there a minimum weight requirement for each waste type?

The minimum kilogram information is specified in the relevant waste type selection within the application. Waste notifications that do not match the kilogram information are rejected.

Is there an upper limit for the waste amount?

No, there is no upper limit.

How is the collection of vegetable waste oil and electronic waste carried out?

Once waste is reported through our "Waste Log Waste Report" app, our team will contact you. After confirming the suitable date and time, your waste will be added to the collection route for that day.

What is the duration of the collection process for vegetable waste oil and electronic waste?

The collection time is determined based on regional waste density to minimize carbon emissions. As such, the average collection time is 7 to 15 business days. We kindly request that you store your waste until the scheduled collection.
If you prefer not to store your waste, you may delete your notification within the app. Following the waste scheduling, our team will contact you by phone.

How are the values for vegetable waste oil, used oil, and electronic waste determined?

Your waste will be weighed at your location, and the corresponding Waste Points will be calculated and registered in the system.

What are the Waste Points equivalents for 1 kg of waste?

Waste oil: 500 Carbon Points
Waste prices may vary depending on raw material prices.

Why has my request to convert points into cash not been approved?

Requests to convert points into cash are processed on the 15th and 30th of each month.

How can I use my earnings?

The corresponding Waste Points for each kilogram of waste are credited to your Waste Log account. Once you accumulate 10.000 Carbon Points, you may submit a withdrawal request, and the amount will be transferred to your account via EFT.

How does the point earning system work when reporting waste, and how are points determined?

When you dispose of your waste in a recycling bin, take a photo and then watch a short video. Your waste is converted into carbon points during this process. Once completed, the points are added to your account. The point system may vary depending on the type and amount of waste reported and the frequency of your daily waste submissions. Additionally, regularly logging into the app and consistently recycling your waste can further increase your points.

I can’t see the nearest waste bin around me in the app. What should I do?

You can take a photo of the waste bins around you and upload it to the app. This way, you’ll help make them visible on the map and contribute to promoting recycling awareness.

How many points do we earn for reporting waste bin locations in the app?

You can earn 10 points by watching a short video after adding a waste bin location.

What should I pay attention to when uploading a waste photo? In which cases will my waste report be rejected?

For your waste report to be approved, your photo must match the listing details. If there is no waste bin at the reported location or if the photo does not clearly show the waste and the waste bin, your report will be rejected.

Why was my waste bin report rejected? In which cases are waste bin reports rejected?

If there is already a registered waste bin at the location you reported, your report will be automatically rejected. This means the bin is already recorded in the system.

How can I make donations to the donation boxes within the application?

Making donations to the donation boxes in our application is very simple. By selecting the "Send Points" option, you can choose any amount of the points you have earned and donate them. This way, you can contribute to social responsibility projects and support meaningful initiatives.
