Once waste is reported through our "Waste Log Waste Report" app, our team will contact you. After confirming the suitable date and time, your waste will be added to the collection route for that day.

No, there is no upper limit.

The minimum kilogram information is specified in the relevant waste type selection within the application. Waste notifications that do not match the kilogram information are rejected.

When you dispose of your waste in a recycling bin, take a photo and then watch a short video. Your waste is converted into carbon points during this process. Once completed, the points are added to your account. The point system may vary depending on the type and amount of waste reported and the frequency of your daily waste submissions. Additionally, regularly logging into the app and consistently recycling your waste can further increase your points.

The collection time is determined based on regional waste density to minimize carbon emissions. As such, the average collection time is 7 to 15 business days. We kindly request that you store your waste until the scheduled collection.
If you prefer not to store your waste, you may delete your notification within the app. Following the waste scheduling, our team will contact you by phone.

Your waste will be weighed at your location, and the corresponding Waste Points will be calculated and registered in the system.

Carbon Market is a digital marketplace where Waste Log users can convert the points they accumulate into discounts or rewards. Through the Carbon Market section within the app, you can view current brands and campaigns, use your points for selected products or discount codes, and redeem these benefits in the online stores of participating brands. In this way, you not only contribute to the environment but also gain personal motivation.

By using the barcode system, when you scan partner brands’ products you not only earn points but also instantly see the average amount of emissions you have prevented for that specific product. This way, you can track your individual contribution in a tangible way while collecting points to redeem in the Carbon Market.

The equivalents of your waste per kg are defined in your Waste Log account. You can spend your Carbon Points in the Carbon Market within the application.

You can take a photo of the waste bins around you and upload it to the app. This way, you’ll help make them visible on the map and contribute to promoting recycling awareness.

For your waste report to be approved, your photo must match the listing details. If there is no waste bin at the reported location or if the photo does not clearly show the waste and the waste bin, your report will be rejected.

If there is already a registered waste bin at the location you reported, your report will be automatically rejected. This means the bin is already recorded in the system.

Making donations to the donation boxes in our application is very simple. By selecting the "Send Points" option, you can choose any amount of the points you have earned and donate them. This way, you can contribute to social responsibility projects and support meaningful initiatives.
